to Bicester (A41 South bound): |

| From
Aylesbury, follow the A41 for approximately 10 miles into Bicester. |
| At
the first roundabout take the 4th exit onto a short piece of dual carriageway.
Roundabout - straight over. Roundabout - straight over. Under railway bridge,
over railway crossing. Ignore first roundabout on sharp left hand bend. At second
roundabout take the second exit. Follow road to large roundabout - turn right
(2nd exit) on to the A4421 to Buckingham. After approximately 2 miles take the
right hand turn to Stratton Audley (note: this is the second signed turning for
Stratton Audley). The entrance to Willows Gate is about 150 yards on your left
before you enter the village. You'll find the entrance to No 5 on the left of
the courtyard. |

the North (Birmingham towards London) exit the motorway at Junction 9 (Bicester
and Oxford) and take the first exit of the roundabout onto a dual carriageway
towards Bicester. |

the South (London towards Birmingham) exit the motorway at Junction 9 (Bicester
and Oxford) and take the third exit of the roundabout onto a dual carriageway
towards Bicester. |

(Esso Garage / Little Chef) 3rd exit - A41 to Aylesbury. Roundabout - 2nd exit
onto Dual carriageway. Roundabout - straight over. Roundabout - straight over.
